Return Window
You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. We do not charge any restocking fees.

To start a return, please contact us at info@vebali.com with your order number. Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
